Join our supportive run club designed to improve your running technique, endurance, and mental grit. Whether you’re chasing a 5K goal or just running for fun, we welcome all fitness levels. Each session blends intervals, distance runs, and recovery to help you build pace, power, and confidence, one run at a time.

The Gym That Made Me Love Working Out Again!

I joined TPM Aspley as I knew I needed something to help me let off steam in a supportive and welcoming environment. What I love most is that the coaches care about your progress. I have learned so much about proper form, strength training, and how to challenge myself. TPM is different to all the other gyms I have tried as I actually look forward to working out now!

Just for Me: Strength, Sanity & Endorphins!

I joined TPM after baby number three because I was ready to feel like me again. I wanted to lose weight, feel strong, and have something that was just mine, away from kids and work, something involving endorphins. I'm loving the strength classes and learning different techniques, but l've also noticed how much the functional classes are improving my cardio and overall fitness-they always leave me feeling amazing (even if I'm a bit wrecked!). The workouts are no joke, but the coaches somehow push me harder and make it fun. I'm already seeing great progress and actually look forward to getting my butt kicked-who knew?'
